The terms for using the Booklyt website and buying our digital products.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use booklyt.dev, access the Booklyt library or purchase a Booklyt digital product. The product page and checkout show the specific contents, format, price and any offer terms for that purchase. If you have a question, contact admin@booklyt.dev.
Products and delivery
Booklyt sells digital products such as browser apps, downloadable guides, planners and printable worksheets. What you receive depends on the product description at checkout. After a successful purchase, eligible products are available through the email-linked Booklyt library or via the delivery method described on the product page. You are responsible for using an email address you can access.
Prices and payment
The price and currency shown at checkout are the price for that order. Separate products or optional add-ons are charged only when selected. Payments are processed by Stripe. Booklyt does not store your full card number. Your receipt and order details are available in your library or purchase email.
Refunds
Current Booklyt product offers display a 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email admin@booklyt.dev within 14 days of purchase with the email used at checkout and, if available, the order number. We will review and process eligible requests to the original payment method. Any different guarantee for a future product will be shown before purchase. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Your use of the products
Your purchase gives you personal use of the product. Please do not resell, redistribute, share access links publicly or claim the content or software as your own. You may print worksheets for your personal use. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping copies of any files you download.
Information, not professional advice
Our budgeting and planning tools are for personal organisation and education. They do not provide financial, legal, tax or medical advice. Decisions about money or health remain yours; seek qualified help where appropriate. Estimates and calculations depend on the information you enter.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the site and purchased browser apps available, but short interruptions can occur for maintenance, security or service problems. We may improve product features over time. If a material change affects access to a purchased product, contact us so we can help.
